The revitalization plan for the Lookouts Stadium is a collaborative effort between the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Sports Authority, New City Properties and Perimeter Properties. It aims to transform the South Broad District into a vibrant and modernized community that will seamlessly blend and preserve its rich architectural heritage to contemporary design while offering an up to date sports and entertainment venue. 

The stadium’s strategic funding model with contributions from various revenue streams, ensures its sustainability that will promote a positive growth and development in the region. Beyond its purpose, this new multi-use stadium will not only be the future home for the Chattanooga Lookouts but also an anchor to a mixed-use neighborhood with residential buildings, office spaces  and outdoor entertainment areas for a more dynamic and interconnected community.
