1. Growing Your Database: Establishing a robust network is the foundation of successful social media engagement. By following 5-10 different people every day while actively engaging online, networking, having virtual events and referral programs. Through this, agents can build a valuable database of potential connections. 

2. Posting Regularly on your Social Media Accounts: Consistency is the key. Diversifying content types, ensuring visual appeal and even simply showing your current property that is on sale either through live feed or pub mats, can capture and retain your viewer’s interest. You can post at least 5-7 times per week of content pattern.

3. Incorporating Effective Calls to Action (CTAs): CTAs guide possible prospects from interest to action. Make sure when you publish your content either through pictures, shorts, stories, reels  or in your BIO, all the necessary information is right there for everyone to see.
