Constructed with eco-friendly LiteSIP fiberglass panels, they are made to withstand harsh climates and achieve net-zero energy efficiency. The walls are manufactured from recycled materials which helps in significantly reducing the environmental footprint. Moreover, their modern take on the  high ceilings, butcher block countertops, and marble bathroom accents allows homeowners to personalize their living spaces with unique panel designs.

These new types of homes are more affordable with prices ranging from $16,500 to $1.2 million across 15 different models. Its prefabricated style helps lower costs both during and after construction while its temperature-controlled design reduces energy bills. MDLR is also collaborating with insurance companies to secure favorable rates to further enhance affordability. As it expands locally, they have plans to develop designs on seven lots in Hixson and provide Chattanooga residents with a tangible example of these durable homes.
