Walnut Street Bridge – renovation is also on track, featuring new decking, repairs, and upgraded lighting with a reopening expected in September.
Tivoli Theatre – $73 million expansion will preserve its historic charm while adding a new theater, restaurant, and rooftop bar by mid-to-late 2026.
Chattanooga Football Club – new six-story headquarters on Riverfront Parkway will combine team operations with retail, dining, and a rooftop bar, opening later this summer.
Houston Museum of Decorative Arts – is renovating its historic home to include new galleries, accessibility upgrades, and flexible event space, with plans to reopen by late summer.
