Reservations for opening weekend are already available, and excitement is building around a concept that blends seasonal ingredients, handmade pasta, house-made desserts, craft cocktails, and options for a variety of dietary preferences. 

The team behind this idea brings more than 50 years of combined hospitality experience, much of it rooted in Chattanooga. Before opening their permanent location, they introduced the restaurant through a series of pop-up dinners hosted at popular local venues across the city. That community-focused approach remains at the heart of the restaurant, from its collaborative spirit to a late-night menu designed for those working in the industry.
