Olos, located atop Embassy Suites, officially opened this month and brings a fresh take on Mediterranean cuisine to the city’s growing food scene. Inspired by the flavors of Italy, Greece, Spain, and Turkey, the restaurant focuses on made-from-scratch dishes prepared with carefully sourced ingredients and traditional techniques. Guests can expect everything from breakfast sandwiches and wraps to artisanal pizzas, pides, and a variety of shareable plates.
