A major new development is coming to East Brainerd. Just last month, Kismet Holdings Group and BP Construction broke ground on The Collective – Chattanooga, a 30-acre lifestyle destination at the corner of East Brainerd and Morris Hill Road. The project marks the first collaboration between the two companies under their new partnership.

Plans will include destination dining, wellness-focused businesses, boutique retail, entertainment venues, and professional services, all connected through a walkable design. At the heart of the development will be a community greenspace featuring a covered performance stage, an event lawn, and outdoor dining patios. Year-round programming is expected to bring everything from live music and events to seasonal gatherings.

The area has experienced significant growth over the past several years, but many residents have felt it lacked a central place to gather. While nearby destinations like Cambridge Square and Hamilton Place offer shopping and entertainment options, The Collective is designed to fill that gap with a walkable destination built around connection and convenience.
